Operation Manager

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operation Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Purchasing, Warehouse, and Inventory teams to ensure efficient daily operations. Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and operational productivity .

Oversee procurement processes , including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing planning. Ensure accurate inventory planning, stock control, and replenishment to support business needs. Supervise warehouse operations , including receiving, storage, and distribution processes.

Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, and shrinkage , and implement improvement initiatives. Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and other departments to align operational planning with business targets. Establish and maintain SOPs, operational KPIs, and reporting systems .

Lead and develop team members to build a high-performing operations team . Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management , preferably in Retail or FMCG industry .
