We are seeking high-potential professionals to join our Operational Management Trainee program, a structured development initiative designed to cultivate future leaders in the retail industry . During the program, trainees will gain hands-on exposure to daily store operations , engage directly with sales activities , and receive comprehensive on-the-job training.
