Kualifikasi

• 1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university, preferably majoring in Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields
• 2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• 3. Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• 4. Experience or familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Accurate Accounting Software will be an added advantage
• 5. Good command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage
• 6. Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments
• 7. Proactive, responsible, and result-oriented with strong willingness to learn and develop
• 8. Willing to travel to project sites as required

Tanggung Jawab

• 1. Support daily operational activities and business processes across assigned functions
• 2. Prepare reports, documentation, and data analysis to support business decisions
• 3. Assist supervisors and management in monitoring ongoing activities and achieving business objectives
• 4. Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective coordination and operational efficiency
• 5. Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas to support business growth
• 6. Perform other strategic and operational duties as assigned by supervisors or management
