Program Management Trainee ini merupakan jalur cepat (fast-track) yang dirancang untuk mencetak calon Manajer Operasional Livestream di industri live commerce. Peserta akan terlibat langsung dalam mengelola dan mengoptimalkan operasional TikTok Live dan Shopee Live perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor daily live streaming operations and overall room performance; Analyze sales/GMV, traffic, conversion, and other live performance metrics; Develop and optimize strategies to achieve sales targets; Coordinate with Live Hosts, Operators, BD, and other cross-functional teams; Work closely with Chinese Managers regarding business strategies and operational execution; Identify operational issues and provide solutions to improve team performance; Gradually take ownership of a team and business performance as you progress.
