We're offering a management trainee program, the program will cover all core operations of the company, including but not limited to: finance, research and development, marketing, manufacturing, sales, and human resources. Your Role In MFLP, you will have the opportunity to develop skills through on-the-job training, receive professional training, as well as having a better behind-the-scenes understanding of the highly competitive paints and coatings industry. After graduation, the trainees will be placed in various leadership and management positions based on their interests and the company’s needs. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree from all Majors Fresh graduates from reputable universities with minimum GPA of 3.00
