Tanggung jawab: Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with professional standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and hospital policies; Perform nursing assessments and interventions within the scope of professional competence and authority; Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal care; Apply the principles of Patient Safety standards, Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) protocols, and Patient Safety Goals in every service provided; Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, accreditation, and professional competency development activities organized by the hospital; Be willing to be assigned to any service unit based on the hospital’s operational needs.
