Dalam peran strategis utama ini, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin dan mengelola tim penjualan guna mendorong pertumbuhan serta ekspansi portofolio estetika medis perusahaan di seluruh Indonesia. Tanggung jawab: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets for the aesthetic device portfolio; Lead, coach and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional sales performance; Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics and distributors; Negotiate and secure new business contracts, ensuring the company's solutions are competitively positioned; Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth; Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance and pipeline; Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product and technical teams to support the successful launch and adoption of new aesthetic device products.
