National Key Account Manager Manage all business in the Modern Trade Channel (MTC & Pharma Chain) and manage distributors and sub-distributors in the branch to achieve the company's goal of maximizing sales growth, ensuring sales achievement, and monitor selling out and stock level distributor in every key account. Accountabilities Manage budget sales & promotion at Modern Trade
Responsible for conducting – implementing – monitoring – reporting – evaluating every promotion Plan at the account (in-store promo, in-store activities & events). Responsible for managing merchandise, availability, visibility, coverage & penetration of products at outlets by region area (material promotion/ POSM). Manage area expansion for outlets local MT at area (doing Listing & Promotion Activities).
Coordination with Team TPI area, Distributor, and Key Account to ensure sales, Service Level, stock level, and delivery program promotion. Manage implementation & evaluation for Sales: selling in – Selling out for all accounts Provide regular information to assist Modern Trade channel with decision making, including competitor activities, price monitoring, and market updates (ie., new outlet launch – product launch).
Regularly conduct planning, action, & evaluation by weekly -monthly report to the Head of Sales. Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business or related. Experience Requirements
Have a minimum of 5 years in sales key account management in modern Trade Have a good understanding of key account management principles and sales strategy. Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
