MHIS Bangka mengundang tenaga pendidik yang berdedikasi tinggi, kreatif, dan penuh perhatian untuk bergabung sebagai Guru Matematika (Mathematics Teacher) pada Tahun Ajaran Baru 2027/2028 dengan penempatan di Pangkalpinang, Bangka. Dalam peran ini, Anda bertanggung jawab merencanakan, menyampaikan, dan mengevaluasi proses pembelajaran matematika yang selaras dengan kurikulum internasional Pearson. Tugas harian meliputi penyampaian materi secara interaktif, menciptakan suasana kelas yang positif dan disiplin, berkolaborasi dengan sesama guru serta pimpinan sekolah untuk pendekatan interdisipliner, serta menjalin komunikasi yang baik dengan orang tua murid guna memantau perkembangan akademik siswa.
Tanggung jawab: Plan, deliver, and assess lessons in accordance with the Pearson Curriculum; Delivering clear and engaging lessons, using various teaching methods and technologies to help students understand complex scientific and mathematical concepts; Creating and maintaining a positive learning environment by managing classroom behavior, encouraging student participation, and fostering a respectful and collaborative atmosphere; Working together with other teachers, staff, and school leaders to enhance the overall learning experience and integrate interdisciplinary approaches to education; Communicating with parents and guardians about their student's progress, areas of strength, and areas that need improvement in math; Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development program.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Math or Math Education; Teaching experience of at least 1 year in an international or national plus school; Mastering international curriculum at least IGCSE standard/As Level (Cambridge or Pearson Edexcel); Proficiency in English at academic purpose level; Understand the use of digital technology related to the field; Understand simple algorithms or coding.
