Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang logistik dan rantai pasok membuka kesempatan bagi Anda untuk bergabung sebagai Marketing Freight Forwarding. Dalam peran ini, Anda bertanggung jawab penuh untuk mempertahankan basis pelanggan yang sudah ada sekaligus memperluas jaringan melalui kegiatan penjualan seperti sales call, canvassing, dan pameran. Anda juga akan mengelola penawaran harga, menindaklanjuti inquiri dari luar negeri, serta berkoordinasi secara intensif dengan departemen customer service untuk memastikan kepuasan pelanggan dan pencapaian target penjualan perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Maintain Existing Customer and also do sales activities : sales call, canvasing, exhibition; Make appointment visits with existing customers to establish relationships and obtain new opportunities or business; Follow up inquiries from overseas and as soon as possible offer the quotation; Update existing customer quotations monthly and internal sharing to each customer service departments; Establish a good relationship to avoid complaints form customers; Make a report weekly, monthly and this report should be shared to the advisor level; Find new opportunity business from existing Customer; Support marketing department to increase sales and achieve the target; Qualification.
Kualifikasi: S1 degree in Management Transport, Logistics or equivalent; Have minimum 1 years working experience as in freight forwarding company; Have knowledge about Export Import, Logistics; Fluently in English both oral and written; Familiar with computer Ms. Office; Able to work under pressure.
