We Are Hiring – Staff Marketing & Business Development PT. Cosmax Indonesia – South Jakarta PT. Cosmax Indonesia, established in 2011, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cosmax Inc. Korea , developing its business in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. We specialize in ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) for new cosmetic product development and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) for existing products of brand companies.

As our business continues to grow rapidly, we are looking for highly motivated professionals to join our team as: 📍 Work Location: South Jakarta (TB. Conduct market research on beauty industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities, providing proposals for new product development

Identify and acquire potential B2B clients Support related teams by sharing client feedback, market insights, and product briefs Explore market expansion opportunities , including new markets and distribution channels

Analyze marketing & sales data, monitor repeat order trends, and provide reports for business optimization Collaborate with agency, R&I team, SCM & Logistics, Production, and PPIC teams Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
