About the role We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing professional to join our team at PT. Meranti Adi Perkasa in Serpong, Banten. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to take a central role in developing and executing our marketing and communications strategies. As a Marketing professional, you will be instrumental in building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and supporting the overall business objectives of our organisation. This role is strategic in nature and will require you to work collaboratively across departments to deliver impactful marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition Create compelling marketing content including copy, graphics, and multimedia materials for digital and traditional platforms Manage social media accounts and engagement strategies to build and nurture our online community Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that inform marketing strategy Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimisation Support the planning and execution of promotional events, product launches, and brand activations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all touchpoints Manage marketing budgets and track expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness and return on investment What we're looking
