Daewoong Pharmaceutical Indonesia is seeking a Market Access Manager to lead the centralized hospital-group and national-institution listing funnel. This role is integral to the Ethical Marketing organization, working cross-functionally with Medical, Regulatory, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to secure centralized access for early-stage products. You will be the accountable owner for strategic account prioritization, stakeholder mapping, dossier preparation, and tender negotiations. The role goes beyond policy coordination; you are expected to drive the entire process from initial engagement and committee approval to purchasing activation and network rollout, ensuring that every central approval translates into sustainable sales and product availability.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and execute centralized market access and product-listing strategy; Build and update a prioritized target-account list of major hospital groups and national institutions; Own the complete listing process from account mapping to purchasing activation; Build relationships with hospital-group headquarters, procurement committees, and KOLs; Coordinate with internal functions to prepare clinical, value, and pricing submissions; Maintain verified weekly centralized-listing funnel reporting.
Kualifikasi: Experience in pharmaceutical market access and hospital listing processes; Ability to manage complex stakeholder mapping and committee engagement; Strong negotiation and dossier preparation skills; Capability to drive cross-functional execution.
