Logistics Officer – Manufacturing Field (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Descriptions: Lead and coordinate end-to-end shipment activities to ensure flawless delivery execution

Monitor shipment status and proactively address delays or issues Ensure all necessary documentation, permits and customs clearances are obtained Assist with the Bonded Zone Licensing application process

Ensure compliance with government regulations related to exports and imports Prevent unnecessary additional costs to the Company such as demurrage and detention charges, or fines from the Custom Department, etc. Maintain relationship with Government Officers

Maintain detailed records and provide reports on shipping activities Provide general administration and clerical support on logistics/custom clearance matters Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years’ experience in shipping / logistics, preferably in the manufacturing industry Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) Strong understanding of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and freight forwarding operations
