Tropical Pool and Spa is a leading provider of comprehensive pool solutions, specializing in construction, renovation, maintenance, and equipment supply. We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team at the Ubud Branch . As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be the "face" of Tropical Pool and Spa. You will bridge the communication between our clients, our technical team (plumbers/technicians), and management to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction. Customer Relations: Act as the primary frontliner, greeting walk-in customers and handling all incoming inquiries via phone and digital channels with a professional and friendly demeanor. Order Management: Receive and process customer orders for pool equipment, parts, and chemicals. Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate and arrange the daily schedules for our plumbers and technicians across various project sites. Branch Coordination: Regularly confirm schedules and operational updates with the Branch Manager to ensure alignment. Administrative Tasks: Manage general office administration, including filing, data entry, and correspondence. Reporting: Compile and maintain accurate reports for the buying and selling of equipment and chemicals. Communication: Serve as the central hub for customer requests, ensuring all technical inquiries are directed to the appropriate department. Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a Receptionist, Frontliner, or in an Administrative role. Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (to assist foreign clients in the main area). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage technician schedules effectively. Proficiency in basic computer applications (Ms. Excel/Word) for reporting and administration.
