Responsible for managing logistics operations, fuel distribution, and administrative finance records at the mine site, ensuring accurate documentation
Tanggung jawab: Manage and monitor fuel distribution and consumption across all mine site equipment and vehicles; Conduct daily fuel stock checks, record fuel usage, and prepare fuel consumption reports; Coordinate logistics activities including material delivery, equipment mobilization, and supply chain support to site operations; Maintain accurate documentation of logistics transactions, delivery orders, and goods receipts; Assist in basic finance and accounting tasks including invoice verification, petty cash management, and cost reimbursement records; Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and transporter for delivery scheduling and coordination; Conduct regular stock opname for fuel and logistics supplies; Drive and mobilize to mine site areas as required to support field logistics operations; Report any fuel discrepancies, logistics issues, or irregularities to the supervisor promptly; Requirements:; Minimum D3/S1 in Logistics Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field; Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, fuel management, or supply chain, preferably in mining or heavy industry; Basic understanding of accounting and finance administration (invoicing, petty cash, cost recording); Hold a valid driving license (SIM A/B1) and willing to drive to mine site areas; P hysically fit, and willing to be placed at site in Kapuas, Kalimantan Tengah; Familiar with warehouse or fuel management documentation systems; Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data recording; Detail-oriented, honest, and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
