IT Senior Engineer bertanggung jawab mengelola implementasi, konfigurasi, dan pemeliharaan infrastruktur PACS termasuk server, storage, workstation, dan jaringan. Peran ini juga mencakup pengelolaan infrastruktur cloud untuk produk AI, serta memberikan dukungan teknis dan troubleshooting untuk memastikan performa infrastruktur yang optimal.
Tanggung jawab: Manage the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of PACS infrastructure; Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure for AI products; Provide technical support and troubleshooting for server, hardware, network, cloud, and connectivity issues; Support project implementation through site survey, technical assessment, installation, testing, commissioning, and Go-Live; Collaborate with Application Engineers, AI Engineers, Sales, vendors/principals, and customers.
Kualifikasi: Minimum S1 in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields; 1–3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Server, Network, Hardware, or Cloud; Good understanding of server, storage, networking, virtualization, Windows Server, and basic Linux; Familiar with Cloud Computing and at least one platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; Strong troubleshooting skills; Knowledge of PACS/DICOM and basic AI infrastructure (CPU/GPU, API, deployment) is a plus.
