Min. Diploma Degree Electrical/Machinery Engineering Min. 5–8 years of experience in HVAC construction/installation, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Advanced knowledge of chiller systems, heavy ductwork, smoke exhaust, and precise building services.

Strong experience in CRAC/CRAH systems and precision cooling is highly preferred (critical for mission-critical facilities like Data Centers). Expert in reading/interpreting complex HVAC engineering drawings and proficient in AutoCAD or related engineering software. Excellent leadership, strong problem-solving capabilities, great communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Professional fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required Willing to be placed or mobile around Cikarang / Karawang / Cibitung .

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, manage, and supervise the HVAC engineering and construction team to ensure project execution aligns with quality standards and timelines
  • Oversee full-lifecycle HVAC system construction, planning, and site management for large-scale projects
  • Monitor project budgets, optimize material usage, and manage cost-efficiency for ductwork, piping, and equipment installation
  • Lead high-level system commissioning, testing, and inspection activities, ensuring full compliance with local codes and safety standards
  • Act as the final point of escalation for complex technical, design, and construction issues on site
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and vendor management to ensure smooth project progress
  • Review and approve technical specifications, engineering drawings, project progress reports, and close-out documentation
