Bali Management Villas is Currently Looking for a Human Resources Supervisor Join our growing team and lead all Human Resources functions across multiple villa properties under Bali Management Villas. THP Salary Range: IDR 6.000.000 – 7.000.000 per month
About the Role As an HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and handling day-to-day Human Resources operations across multiple villa properties. This role requires a strong HR professional with solid experience in HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, compensation & benefits, and compliance. You will work closely with management to ensure effective HR practices and smooth workforce operations across all properties. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily Human Resources operations across multiple villa properties. Manage employee attendance, leave administration, overtime calculations, employee benefits, and payroll preparation. Take ownership of Compensation & Benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Manage BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration, including employee enrollment, updates, contribution calculations, reporting, and compliance with applicable regulations. Prepare monthly payroll data, salary calculations, payroll reports, and employee compensation records. Perform payroll splitting, allocation, reconciliation, and workforce cost analysis using Microsoft Excel.
Utilize advanced Excel formulas and functions to process payroll data, workforce reports, and HR analytics accurately. Maintain employee records, employment contracts, HR documentation, and personnel databases. Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, warning letters, and conflict resolution processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, including Payroll and Compensation & Benefits functions.
- Experience in hospitality, villa management, hotel operations, or multi-property environments is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, payroll administration, Compensation & Benefits, and HR best practices.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in managing BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration, including employee registration, updates, contribution calculations, reporting, claims coordination, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience employee relations, HR administration, payroll, and compensation & benefits.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory, including formulas excel, payroll calculations, data reconciliation, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of payroll structures, salary splitting, overtime calculations, service charge allocation, and compensation analysis.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- Strong leadership, supervisory, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Honest, detail-oriented, proactive, and highly committed to professional HR standards.
