Recruitment Specialist | Mr. Smash Burger | Badung, Bali | On-Site | Big Bellies Clan is a growing F&B group in Bali and our main brand is Mr. Smash Burger . We’re looking for experienced Recruitment Specialist to support our expansion by managing high-volume hiring and building strong talent pipelines across operational and support functions. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for our restaurant staff recruitment activities across multiple outlets. This role requires a proactive recruiter who is familiar with Bali's talent market and capable of handling high-volume hiring in a fast-paced operational environment.
Kualifikasi: Min. 1 years or above of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Headhunting; Experience managing high-volume recruitment in fast-paced environments is highly preferred; Experience recruiting for F&B, Restaurant, or Hospitality is highly preferred; Familiar with Bali labor market, candidate behavior, and local recruitment channels; Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interviewing skills; Comfortable working with recruitment targets and hiring deadlines.
