Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi HSE Engineer di NS BlueScope hadir untuk memandu dan mengatur sistem serta standar K3 perusahaan (BSL HSE System & Standard) serta regulasi K3 pemerintah di dalam bisnis lapisan logam. Peran ini bertanggung jawab memberikan dukungan teknis dan operasional K3 untuk memastikan seluruh kegiatan manufaktur berjalan secara aman, patuh hukum, bertanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan, dan sesuai dengan standar perusahaan, sekaligus melakukan perbaikan berkelanjutan terhadap pengendalian risiko dan kinerja K3. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, pemegang peran akan mengimplementasikan dan mematuhi kebijakan K3LH (OHSE), sistem manajemen mutu dan lingkungan, kebijakan perusahaan, kode etik, perjanjian kerja bersama, serta regulasi pemerintah. Tanggung jawab harian meliputi memandu penerapan sistem manajemen dan kode praktik K3, membantu pengembangan rencana K3 bersama manajemen lokasi, memantau kinerja, memberikan laporan kepada berbagai pemangku kepentingan, menganalisis data K3, serta memelihara efektivitas anggaran K3 dan kontrol risiko secara menyeluruh.
Tanggung jawab: Implement and comply with Occupational Health Safety & Environment (OHSE) Policy, Quality & Environmental Management System, BSL Policy, Code of Conduct (How We Work), Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) and Government Regulations; Guide & govern implementation BSL HSE policy, management system, code of practice, audit system; Guide & govern Government Regulatory requirements; Assist development HSE plan with site management & monitor performance; Provide report to HSE Manager, Site Management, Country Management, Regional Office, Head Office, Government; Provide HSE data analysis & advice to site committee; Assist development HSE improvement at plant & department level; Liaise with external organisations on HSE matter; Maintain cost effectiveness HSE budget; Maintain Risk Control (BSL CoP, Critical Procedures, Eliminate / Reduce High / Critical Risk).
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree of HSE / Engineering Major; Min experience 5 years HSE Operational & management system in heavy manufacturing industry; Excellent understanding HSE Management System (SMK3) and ISO-14001; Government or international HSE Certified (AK3U); Internal Auditor Certified (ISO 14001 & SMK3); Good English, computer skill, reporting skill; Good delivery training skill & conduct independent incident investigation & audit; Ability to work under less supervision & control various work scope; Ability to deal with a diverse range of stakeholders; Operation / manufacturing / environment process experience is good advantage; At NS BlueScope our success comes from our people.
