HRGA Section Head

About the role We are seeking an experienced HRGA Section Head to join our team at our Cikarang Pusat location in Jawa Barat. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to lead and oversee human resources and general administration functions within our organisation. As HRGA Section Head, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving operational excellence across all general administration activities. This position reports directly to senior management and is essential in supporting the company's growth and success whilst maintaining a positive and productive workplace environment.

Key responsibilities Leading and managing the HRGA section team, providing strategic direction, mentorship and performance management Overseeing recruitment, selection and onboarding processes to ensure we attract and retain top talent aligned with company values

Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and programmes that support employee engagement and organisational culture Managing compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and equitable remuneration packages Coordinating general administration functions including facilities management, office operations and vendor relationships

Conducting employee relations and performance management activities, including appraisals, training and development initiatives Preparing HR reports, analytics and insights to inform strategic decision-making and support business objectives Fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee wellbeing and professional growth

Collaborating with department heads and senior leadership to identify HR needs and implement tailored solutions What we're looking for Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in human resources and general administration roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
