Responsible for day-to-day HR and General Affairs operations. This role ensures the smooth functioning of HR processes (recruitment, payroll, training, employee relations) and general affairs tasks (office management, asset control, permits) to support the Company’s goals. Human Resources (HR)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HRGA position
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR practices
- Managing end-to-end HR operations for a workforce of over 70 employees
- Proficient in google suite, HRIS Talenta experience is an advantage
- Familiar with BPJS System, and tax (PPh 21) administration
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills
- Familiar with Computer Suite
- Knowledge of office equipment and basic administrative tasks
