EMERHUB mencari individu untuk bergabung dalam tim yang menangani proyek bisnis nyata, mulai dari penilaian awal hingga penyelesaian. Peran ini melibatkan koordinasi dengan otoritas pemerintah, notaris, pemilik properti, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya untuk mendukung proyek perizinan dan properti. Anda akan bertanggung jawab menyiapkan aplikasi perizinan bisnis dan properti sesuai SOP perusahaan, meninjau kelengkapan dokumen, serta melakukan uji tuntas (due diligence) hukum dan regulasi. Selain itu, Anda akan berkomunikasi langsung dengan klien untuk memberikan pembaruan progres proyek secara berkala.
Tanggung jawab: Support property and licensing projects from initial assessment through completion; Communicate with clients and provide clear updates on project progress, requirements, and timelines; Prepare and submit property and business licensing applications based on EMERHUB’s SOPs and systems; Coordinate with government authorities, notaries, property owners, and other relevant parties; Assist clients with property rental, acquisition, zoning, and licensing requirements; Review property and licensing documents to ensure completeness and compliance; Conduct basic legal, regulatory, and property due diligence when required; Track project documentation, applications, and follow-ups to help ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Public Policy, Law, Business Administration, Engineering, International Relations, or a related field from a reputable university; 0–2 years of experience — Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply; Strong client-oriented mindset and communication skills; Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Able to manage multiple projects, clients.
