The HR Trainer Group Leader is responsible for conducting training programs for all employees, apprentices, and outsourced staff at the appointed store. This role involves orchestrating the entire training cycle, from scheduling and delivery to reporting, while coordinating closely with the HR Training Head Quarter. The position requires a candidate with strong leadership and supervision skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a passion for teaching and developing people. The role demands flexibility to work with shifting schedules following mall operational hours.
Tanggung jawab: Conduct training to every employee, apprentice, and outsource in appointed store; Orchestrate a range of training activities in appointed store, starting from scheduling to reporting; Prepare training tools and training equipment; Coordinate with HR Training Head Quarter to deliver training program.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor degree from any major; Proven experience in delivering training with minimum 3 years as a trainer (preferably in retail industry); Strong understanding of training delivery & training methodology; Good leadership and team supervision skills; Excellent communication and presentation skill; Passionate in teaching and developing people; Fluent in English; Training certification is an advantage; Willing to work with shifting schedule following Mall Operational Hour.
