Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding and probation evaluation. Handle employee relations and maintain a positive work environment. Administer BPJS, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.

Support payroll preparation and maintain accurate employee data. Coordinate employee training and development programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
  • Familiar with recruitment, employee relations, BPJS, payroll, and labor regulations.
  • Good English communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Can join ASAP
