With our fleet of tug boats and barges, we operate across various regions of Indonesia, supporting national industry supply chains. The HR Recruitment role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding. The incumbent will coordinate with hiring managers and directors regarding interview schedules and results, manage salary negotiations, develop innovative recruitment strategies, and assist with general HR administration.
Tanggung jawab: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding; Coordinate with hiring managers and directors regarding to interview schedules & the results; Manage salary offering and negotiations with selected candidates; Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talents; Assist with general HR administration (when needed).
