Posisi HR Recruitment bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengelola siklus rekrutmen dari awal hingga akhir, melakukan administrasi alat tes psikologi, serta menjaga database karyawan. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan ketelitian dalam proses seleksi kandidat.
Tanggung jawab: Handle end-to-end recruitment process; Conduct and administer psychological test tools; Maintain and update candidate and employee databases; Support general HR administration and related activities.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (MUST); Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with internship experience in a related field; Proficient in psychological test tools; Able to conduct candidate interviews in English; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Detail oriented, organized, and responsible.
