The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality talent, maintaining a casual staff database, coordinating workforce deployment, and ensuring the company has access to reliable personnel whenever operational demands require. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Source, attract, and recruit suitable casual and part-time staff. Screen applications and conduct candidate assessments. Interview prospective casual staff members. Verify qualifications, references, and suitability for employment. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Workforce Coordination Create and maintain a comprehensive casual staff database.
