Job Description Manage full-cycle basic HR operations for the e-commerce team, covering recruitment, on-boarding, probation confirmation, transfer, resignation, attendance tracking and basic employment contract administration. Handle end-to-end recruitment for all e-commerce positions: resume screening, interview arrangement, on-boarding formalities and new hire follow-up.
Conduct regular employee communication; respond to inquiries regarding attendance, leave policies and company regulations; monitor probationary employees’ adaptation; carry out resignation interviews and complete off-boarding procedures. Maintain core HR ledgers, including personnel profiles, attendance records, recruitment metrics and employee file archiving. Support monthly attendance reconciliation and coordinate BPJS registration & declaration procedures.
Assist business supervisors with basic performance communication, and collect team manpower demands. Job Requirements 1-3 years hands-on HR experience, with minimum 3 years of practical experience in recruitment and employee relations.
Proficient in English, Mandarin is a plus Familiar with basic labor laws and fundamental BPJS administrative procedures. Proficient in DingTalk and OA system workflows.
Skilled in Microsoft Excel; detail-oriented, patient, diligent and accountable.
