HR & GA Manager

About the role We are seeking an HR & GA Manager to join Ralali Group in a full-time capacity based in South Tangerang, Banten. This is a strategic role that bridges human resources and general administration functions, playing a pivotal part in shaping our organizational culture and ensuring smooth operational support across the company. As HR & GA Manager, you will be instrumental in driving employee engagement, managing industrial relations, and overseeing administrative operations that enable our business to thrive in a competitive marketplace.

Key responsibilities Develop and implement human resources policies, procedures and frameworks that align with company strategy and support employee engagement Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job profiling, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding of new employees

Handle employee relations matters, including contract negotiations, disciplinary processes, grievance management and conflict resolution Oversee general administration functions including office management, facilities coordination, procurement and vendor management Administer payroll, benefits administration and ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements

Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression Manage employee performance appraisals, succession planning and talent retention strategies Maintain accurate HR records and databases whilst ensuring data confidentiality and security

Liaise with external agencies, government bodies and service providers to ensure compliance with labour laws and industrial relations standards Support company culture initiatives and employee welfare programs What we're looking for
