HEAD OF SUPPLY CHAIN

PT Artisan Kuliner Group is a rapidly growing Food & Beverage company managing multiple restaurants, bakery, pastry, chocolatier, and central kitchen brands across Indonesia. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Supply Chain to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations and support the company’s continued expansion. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.

Lead and manage Procurement, Warehouse, Inventory Control, Asset & Inventory, and Distribution functions. Ensure the availability of raw materials, packaging, and operational supplies across all outlets and Central Kitchen facilities. Establish demand planning and forecasting processes to optimize inventory levels and minimize stock shortages.

Drive cost optimization initiatives across sourcing, warehousing, and logistics operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and strategic business partners. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to achieve the best commercial outcomes.

Monitor and improve inventory accuracy, stock turnover, and supply chain efficiency. Implement supply chain best practices, systems, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and company policies.

Prepare and present supply chain performance reports and recommendations to senior management. Lead, coach, and develop high-performing supply chain teams. Qualifications
