Dear Butter Group adalah jaringan bisnis makanan dan minuman (F&B) asal Indonesia yang didirikan pada tahun 2020 dan dikenal luas sebagai pelopor tren croffle di berbagai pusat perbelanjaan di Indonesia. Perusahaan ini terus berkembang dan membutuhkan pemimpin yang mampu mengarahkan kinerja bisnis serta menjaga keunggulan operasional. Sebagai General Manager, Anda akan bertanggung jawab atas manajemen keuangan makro, standarisasi operasional (SOP), manajemen rantai pasok, serta pengawasan outlet. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan strategis dalam ekspansi bisnis, kepatuhan hukum, serta kepemimpinan yang kuat untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja tim dan efisiensi biaya operasional.
Tanggung jawab: Macro Financial Management & Strategy (Financial Oversight); Operational Standardization & Systems (SOPs & Systems); Supply Chain & Vendor Management; Leadership & Outlet Oversight (Performance Management); Expansion Strategy & Legal Compliance (Growth & Compliance); Ability to drive business performance and maintain operational excellence.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or Hospitality/Culinary Management (with a focus on financial management).; Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in the F&B industry, including at least 3–5 years in a senior managerial role (e.g., F&B Cost Controller, F&B Finance Manager, or Operations Director).; Ability to optimize staff scheduling based on peak-hour fluctuations to minimize unproductive labor costs.; Strong leadership and operational capabilities.
