Sebagai Dry Inbound Junior Manager, Anda akan mengawasi operasional inbound harian secara keseluruhan, memastikan kelancaran proses penerimaan barang, keakuratan alur inventaris, serta utilisasi tenaga kerja yang efisien. Anda bertindak sebagai pemimpin bagi tim lapangan, berkoordinasi dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan lintas fungsi, serta mendorong kinerja operasional melalui kombinasi perencanaan berbasis data dan eksekusi secara langsung di lapangan. Tanggung jawab: As our Astronaut, your missions are:; Oversee daily inbound operations, receiving accuracy, workflow, and warehouse flow; Translate forecasts into manpower plans and ensure optimal shift coverage; Lead operators across inbound, picking, packing, and related warehouse activities; Monitor productivity, SLA, cost per piece, quality, and operational performance; Coordinate with Supply Chain, Category, drivers/PX, and other stakeholders to resolve issues; Ensure compliance with SOPs, health, safety, hygiene, security, and 5S standards; Analyze operational reports and drive improvements in productivity, cost, and service level; Coach the team, manage attendance/rosters, and ensure discipline and execution on the ground; In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 2 years at Supervisor level, preferably in fresh product, retail, or e-commerce; Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse and inbound processes, including receiving accuracy and multiple pick; Experienced in manpower planning, translating forecasts into operational requirements, and managing shift coverage; Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, cost awareness, and people development skills; Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, including weekends and public holidays; Proficient in MS Office / G-Suite, especially Excel/Google Sheets formulas and Google Slides; Strong ownership, integrity, safety awareness, and strict adherence to SOPs and operational standards; Able to balance data-driven analysis with hands-on execution, with an agile and fast-paced working style.
