Mubadala Energy is an international Oil and Gas company offering a structured internship program for fresh graduates. This program is designed to provide industry exposure and professional growth, running from the beginning of 2027 until December 31, 2027. As a Subsurface intern, you will support studies and projects across Geology, Geophysics, Petrophysics, and Reservoir Engineering. Your responsibilities include gathering and analyzing technical datasets, supporting interpretation and mapping activities, and participating in multidisciplinary workshops. You will also assist in preparing technical reports and presentations, utilizing specialized digital tools for subsurface analysis, and contributing to field development studies and reservoir characterization.

Tanggung jawab: Support subsurface studies and projects across Geology, Geophysics, Petrophysics, and Reservoir Engineering disciplines; Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing subsurface, geological, geophysical, petrophysical, and reservoir datasets; Support geological, geophysical, petrophysical, and reservoir engineering activities, including interpretation, mapping, reservoir characterization, formation evaluation, and field development studies; Gain exposure to seismic interpretation, reservoir evaluation, production analysis, reserves estimation, and subsurface visualization workflows; Participate in technical discussions, multidisciplinary workshops, and project review sessions with subsurface, wells, and facilities teams; Support the preparation of technical reports, presentations, data summaries, and project documentation; Utilize digital tools and software to support subsurface analysis and interpretation activities; Contribute to assigned projects and subsurface improvement initiatives; Deliver presentations and share key learnings throughout the internship program; Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Kualifikasi: Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geophysics, Petroleum Engineering, or other relevant subsurface disciplines; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present technical information; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Strong interest in subsurface disciplines, including Geology, Geophysics, Petrophysics, and Reservoir Engineering; Familiarity with subsurface, data analytics, or related technical software through academic projects, coursework, research, internships, or extracurricular activities is an advantage; Able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment, both independently and as part of a team; Demonstrates initiative, curiosity, professionalism, integrity, and commitment to safety and compliance; Participation in student organizations, technical societies, leadership activities, research projects, competitions, fieldwork, or other extracurricular experiences demonstrating teamwork and initiative will be an advantage; This position is for Indonesian national only.
