Mubadala Energy is an international Oil and Gas company that provides a comprehensive internship program for fresh graduates. This program aims to offer industry exposure and professional development, scheduled to take place from early 2027 until December 31, 2027. In the Business & Strategy role, you will conduct research, benchmarking, and data gathering to support strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities include consolidating and analyzing business performance data for management reporting, supporting KPI monitoring, and assisting in the preparation of presentations, dashboards, and business reports. You will also support governance and process mapping initiatives, coordinate meetings, and provide analytical support for cross-functional strategic projects.
Tanggung jawab: Conduct research, benchmarking, and data gathering to support Business & Strategy initiatives; Consolidate, analyze, and present business and performance data for management reporting; Support KPI monitoring, action tracking, and follow-up activities across various functions; Assist in preparing presentations, business reports, dashboards, and other management materials; Support governance, process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives; Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, and track action items; Provide administrative and analytical support for strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives; Participate in assigned improvement projects and present recommendations at the end of the internship program; Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Kualifikasi: Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Management, Economics, or other relevant engineering or business disciplines; Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Basic knowledge of data analysis, research methodologies, and business reporting; Ability to structure information, prepare clear documentation, and develop presentation materials; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities; Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team; Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic business environment; Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and accountability; Experience through academic projects, internships, student organizations, or extracurricular activities related to business analysis, strategy, process improvement, governance, project management, or data analytics would be preferrable; Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, or other data visualization tools would be an advantage; Participation in leadership, organizational, or project-based activities during university; This position is for Indonesian national only.
