Peran ini berfokus pada dukungan manajemen teknis, pemeliharaan, pemecahan masalah, dan peningkatan berkelanjutan sistem kelistrikan dan otomasi di seluruh armada perusahaan. Bekerja sama dengan Electrical Superintendent, posisi ini memastikan aktivitas perbaikan dilakukan dengan aman dan efisien. Supervisor akan mengoordinasikan pemangku kepentingan lintas fungsi, memberikan dukungan teknis kepada tim kelistrikan kapal, serta melakukan penilaian kualitas pekerjaan perbaikan. Selain itu, posisi ini bertanggung jawab dalam memberikan rekomendasi teknis kepada tim pengadaan terkait peralatan dan suku cadang, serta mendokumentasikan praktik terbaik untuk pemeliharaan armada.
Tanggung jawab: Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders on electrical and automation technical matters across the fleet.; Supervise and provide technical support to vessel electrical teams in carrying out maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.; Support the Electrical Superintendent in managing electrical technical matters both in the office and onboard vessels.; Conduct technical training and interviews for electrical personnel and technical operators.; Assess the quality and effectiveness of electrical repair and maintenance work.; Provide technical recommendations to the Purchasing/Procurement team regarding equipment and spare parts.; Maintain detailed records of electrical maintenance and repair activities..
