Kotrack Machinery Indonesia is a company operating in the agriculture heavy equipment sector. This role is based in Jakarta and serves as a full-time supervisory position responsible for managing parts inventory, supply chain operations, and team coordination. The supervisor oversees the parts analysis function to ensure operational efficiency and high standards of service accuracy, playing an integral role in supporting customer maintenance and operational requirements across the agriculture industry. Key responsibilities include supervising and coordinating the parts analysis team to meet performance targets, managing inventory levels through forecasting, procurement, and stock rotation, and analyzing usage patterns to optimize inventory and reduce costs. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, liaising with sales and maintenance teams, monitoring supplier performance, training team members, and implementing standard operating procedures for parts handling and distribution.
Tanggung jawab: Supervise and coordinate the parts analysis team, ensuring all staff meet performance targets and maintain professional standards; Manage inventory levels of agriculture heavy equipment parts, including forecasting, procurement and stock rotation; Analyse parts requirements and usage patterns to optimise inventory levels and reduce costs; Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of all parts transactions and inventory movements; Liaise with sales, maintenance and customer service teams to identify parts requirements and resolve equipment-related issues; Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships with parts vendors to ensure quality and delivery standards; Train and develop team members on parts identification, inventory management systems and customer service procedures; Prepare reports on inventory status, parts usage trends and cost analysis for management review; Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for parts handling, storage and distribution; Respond to customer inquiries regarding parts availability and provide technical support on equipment specifications.
