Posisi Financial Controller Assistant Manager di fasilitas pemotongan hewan (Slaughterhouse) ini bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola proses perencanaan keuangan, penyusunan anggaran, peramalan, serta pelaporan keuangan bulanan secara akurat dan tepat waktu. Peran ini juga mencakup pelaksanaan analisis biaya dan margin, analisis varians, serta kunjungan operasional ke Rumah Potong Ayam guna memahami alur produksi dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, including the preparation and maintenance of Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecasts; Prepare monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission; Perform month-end closing activities and review P&L, Balance Sheet, accruals, account reconciliations, and other financial reports; Conduct cost and margin analysis, covering Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), product costing, yield, production efficiency, inventory, utilities, logistics, and other operating expenses; Perform variance analysis between actual results, budget, and forecast, providing explanations for variances and recommending corrective actions to management; Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and business insights to support business decision-making; Collaborate with various functions and departments to ensure the availability of accurate financial data and support the achievement of business targets; Conduct visits to slaughterhouse ( Rumah Potong Ayam ) facilities as required to gain a better understanding of operational processes, production flows, and factors affecting financial performance.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field; 2–5 years of relevant experience in Financial Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or a related finance function; Strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial statements, and the ability to perform cost and profitability analysis; Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various functions and departments; Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, lookup functions, and complex formulas; Experience using ERP systems, such as CMS, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems, is an advantage; Experience in the poultry, slaughterhouse, food processing, manufacturing, or other operationally intensive industries is an advantage; Ability to work independently, demonstrate strong ownership and accountability, and meet established targets.
