PT Glory Ocean Logistics Indonesia adalah perusahaan logistik dan freight forwarding yang sedang berkembang pesat dalam mendukung operasional bisnis lokal maupun internasional. Perusahaan berkomitmen menjaga kontrol keuangan yang kuat, pelaporan akurat, serta efisiensi proses bisnis melalui koordinasi erat bersama kantor pusat dan mitra internasional. Posisi Finance Manager - Mandarin Speaker bertanggung jawab penuh atas pengelolaan kegiatan keuangan dan akuntansi perusahaan. Tugas utama meliputi penyusunan laporan keuangan, pemantauan arus kas dan modal kerja, penganggaran, koordinasi perpajakan, transaksi perbankan, serta penerapan kontrol keuangan internal. Selain itu, posisi ini berperan penting dalam berkomunikasi secara rutin dengan kantor pusat dan pemangku kepentingan berbahasa Mandarin.
Tanggung jawab: Manage daily finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank transactions; Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports; Monitor company cash flow, bank balances, and working capital; Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis for management; Review financial reconciliations and ensure accurate accounting records; Coordinate tax reporting and compliance with external tax consultants; Coordinate with external auditors and other professional advisors when required; Communicate financial information and reports with headquarters and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders; Develop and maintain finance policies, procedures, and internal controls; Review payment requests and supporting documents; Monitor company expenses and financial performance; Supervise and support finance team members; Support management in financial and operational decision-making.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting , with supervisory or managerial experience preferred; Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, trading, import-export, or related industries is an advantage; Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin , both spoken and written; Good English communication skills; Good understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and taxation; Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and reconciliation; Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel; Experience handling multi-currency and international transactions is an advantage; Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
