Posisi Finance Operations bertanggung jawab menangani aktivitas operasional keuangan harian untuk squad 4W. Peran ini berfokus pada pemantauan dan pemrosesan transaksi keuangan yang krusial bagi kelancaran operasional perusahaan. Tugas utama meliputi pemrosesan pembayaran, reimbursement, dan biaya operasional, serta koordinasi dengan tim internal, driver, dan vendor. Staf Finance Operations harus memastikan kelengkapan dan keakuratan dokumen pendukung, melakukan rekonsiliasi data keuangan, serta memantau invoice dan pembayaran yang tertunda. Selain itu, peran ini mencakup penyusunan laporan keuangan operasional secara berkala untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajemen serta mendukung perbaikan proses kontrol keuangan.
Tanggung jawab: Handle day-to-day finance operational activities for the 4W squad; Monitor and process financial transactions related to 4W operations, including payments, reimbursements, and operational expenses; Coordinate with internal teams, drivers, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding finance-related operational matters; Verify supporting documents and ensure financial transactions are complete, accurate, and properly recorded; Monitor outstanding payments, invoices, and operational expenses, and follow up on pending items; Maintain accurate and up-to-date finance and operational records; Reconcile financial data and identify discrepancies or irregularities in transactions; Prepare regular finance and operational reports to support monitoring and decision-making; Support the improvement and implementation of finance operational processes and controls; Support other finance and operational requirements as needed.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a relevant field; Previous experience in finance operations, accounting, or a similar role is preferred; Experience handling operational finance activities, reconciliations, payments, and expense monitoring.
