The Field Service Engineer (FSE) is responsible for the pre-installation, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support of medical equipment. The role requires a strong background in electronics or biomedical engineering to provide professional on-site service to hospitals, laboratories, and clinics. Key responsibilities include ensuring equipment performance stability, conducting fault diagnosis, providing user training, and managing spare parts inventory. The FSE also collaborates with sales and product teams to support tenders and demonstrations while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
