This is a field-based community development role focused on building UMKMall's presence and partner network in Pontianak. You'll be the person on the ground, identifying and approaching UMKM associations, cooperatives, and local government offices, then guiding them through partnership and onboarding. You won't be selling. You'll be building trust, understanding what communities actually need, and making sure UMKM owners can use our platform in real conditions: slow internet, first-time AI users, varying digital literacy levels included.

This is a full-time, field-based position based in Pontianak. How You'll Work You'll collaborate closely with the Business Development and Community Development & Government Relations teams, serving as the primary feedback loop between the field and the rest of the organization. What You'll Do Map and build relationships with UMKM associations, cooperatives, trade communities, and other institutions that could become strategic partners for UMKMall in Pontianak and surrounding areas. Canvass and actively build relationships with UMKM associations and communities.

Onboard partners: guide associations and communities through initial setup. Accompany UMKM owners during onboarding and early product adoption. Maintain relationships with the Department of Cooperatives, Department of Trade, and other local government contacts in West Kalimantan.
