Outlet Manager (Fast Food Restaurant) | Big Bellies Clan | Badung, Bali | We're looking for an experienced Outlet Manager to lead restaurant operations, develop teams, & ensure excellent standards of quality, service, & cleanliness across the outlet.
Tanggung jawab: Lead & manage daily outlet operations; Ensure operational standards, food quality, service, & cleanliness are consistently maintained; Supervise, coach, and develop outlet operational teams with Outlet Management Team; Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and team performance with HR Team; Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues effectively; Monitor inventory, purchasing, and operational costs; Ensure outlet facilities and equipment are properly maintained; Report outlet performance and operational updates to the General Manager.
Kualifikasi: Based in Bali or willing to relocate independently to Badung, Bali; Minimum 2 years of experience as an Outlet Manager, Restaurant Manager, Store Manager, or similar role in the F&B industry; Experience in fast food, QSR, or high-volume restaurant operations is preferred; Proven experience leading and developing operational teams; Good communication skills in English; Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; Willing to work on a shift schedule if required & attend the first-month training program.
