Posisi Kids Club Attendant ini berlokasi di Nomads Padel Village, Canggu, Bali. Peran ini bertanggung jawab untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang aman, bersih, dan menyenangkan bagi anak-anak. Staf akan memfasilitasi berbagai kegiatan kelompok yang edukatif serta memastikan kenyamanan anak-anak selama berada di Kids Club. Selain mengawasi anak-anak, staf juga bertugas menangani prosedur check-in dan check-out, berkomunikasi secara profesional dengan orang tua, serta menjaga kebersihan dan inventaris mainan. Kandidat yang ideal adalah seseorang yang energik, sabar, dan memiliki passion besar dalam bekerja dengan anak-anak serta mampu memberikan pengalaman yang hangat bagi keluarga.
Tanggung jawab: Supervise and actively engage children in the Kids Club area, ensuring their safety and well-being; Lead and facilitate group games, arts and crafts, and educational activities; Ensure children participate in safe, structured, and enjoyable activities; Manage child check-in and check-out procedures and verify parent or guardian details; Communicate warmly and professionally with parents regarding children's activities and well-being; Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout the Kids Club facility; Ensure toys, equipment, and play areas are clean, sanitized, and safe for use; Monitor and manage toy and activity equipment inventory; Follow safety guidelines and provide basic first aid when necessary; Prepare daily operational reports and incident logs, and report facility needs to the Head of Kids Club; Assist with weekly activity schedules and special holiday programs.
Kualifikasi: Minimum education of Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is an advantage; Educational background in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), Elementary Education, English Education, or English Literature is highly preferred; Previous experience in childcare, daycare, preschool, kindergarten, teaching, or learning centers; Good command of spoken and written English; Strong communication skills and the ability to lead group activities for children; Basic first aid knowledge; Patient, caring, energetic, responsible, and passionate about working with children; Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety; Service-oriented, with a warm and professional approach to parents and guests; Able to work in a structured environment and support daily Kids Club operations.
