We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused English Customer Service Agent to support our expanding operations. This role is ideal for those with a passion for helping others and strong communication skills, particularly for candidates comfortable working in a night shift environment. The primary responsibility involves handling customer inquiries through both voice and non-voice channels in English. You will assist customers with order tracking, product information, returns, refunds, and general issue resolution. Additionally, you are expected to deliver prompt, accurate, and empathetic responses, maintain clear records of interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to escalate or resolve complex issues.
