Our mastery-based curriculum integrates Cambridge International standards, Sunnah Studies, the National Curriculum, and STEAM education, delivered in English, Arabic, and Indonesian. As the Early Years Principal, you will lead, manage, and develop the overall operation of the Kindergarten unit, ensuring alignment with the school's vision, mission, and #GoBeyond philosophy. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the mastery-based curriculum, supervising and mentoring kindergarten teachers and support staff, and fostering the development of 'The Dars Star' character values in every student. Additionally, you will build strong relationships with parents and the school community, manage kindergarten administration, and ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Early Childhood Education, Education Management, Psychology, or a related field; Relevant Master's degree is an advantage.
