What we're looking for Proven experience in document control, records management, or a related administrative role within a structured organisation Relevant qualifications or certifications in Records Management or Document Control (preferred)
Proficiency in digital document management software and tools (preferred) Strong knowledge of document management systems and best practices in records management Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements pertaining to document retention and disposal Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments Ability to analyse processes and identify improvements to document control procedures
Competence in using Microsoft Office suite and database applications Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative in managing documentation challenges Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
