About the role PT Gradient Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing and communications team. This is a full-time position based in Bali where you will play a vital role in supporting our digital marketing initiatives and search engine marketing campaigns. As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will work alongside experienced marketers to execute, monitor, and optimise digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. What you'll be doing Assisting in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, and paid search platforms Supporting the creation and scheduling of digital content for various platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging

Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and engagement levels Conducting keyword research and assisting with search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) activities Assisting with the management of social media accounts, including posting, community engagement, and audience analysis

Supporting the analysis of competitor digital marketing strategies and market trends Helping to manage digital marketing budgets and tracking advertising spend across different platforms Collaborating with design and content teams to ensure marketing materials are engaging and effective

Maintaining organised records of campaign data, insights, and documentation What we're looking
