Social Media Moderator – English Speaker

What You'll Do Review and evaluate various types of social media content, including videos, images, livestreams, comments, posts, and captions. Ensure all content complies with platform policies, guidelines, and community standards.

Classify and tag content accurately based on established moderation guidelines. Analyze user reports and identify content that may contain harmful, sensitive, or inappropriate material. Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team when necessary.

Collaborate with team members to support a safe and positive online environment. Keep up with the latest updates regarding moderation policies, procedures, and platform changes. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve moderation workflows, processes, and tools.

Who We're Looking For Minimum education requirement: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any field of study . Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Content Moderation, Customer Service, BPO, E-commerce, or related fields are welcome. Strong English skills at B2 level or above , including reading, writing, and comprehension (assessment will be conducted during the recruitment process). Able to pay close attention to details and handle reviewing large amounts of content.
